The role

The Customer Success Intern is responsible for taking care of customer accounts, handling all related operations and engaging clients to use Halo proactively.

You’ll be helping the team with day to day activities, including direct communication with end clients, Halo’s tech, product specialists and managers. In addition, you’ll be involved in the processes that are centred around improving our product - market research, risk analysis, customers need assessments and others.
